‘A.2000 & 4000’ Gleason SPIRAL BEVEL Gearboxes:
Precision die-cast aluminium housed, 2, 3 & 4-way hardened ground steel shaft designs, with common, independent, hollow, or manual disengaging/reversing output shaft options and 1:1, 1:2, or 1:3 reduction gearing, for 10,000 hours life @ 1,400rpm; from ½ up to 10HP (50Nm) max.
‘GDR & GDA’ [Nylon Sleeve & All steel] Crowned & barrelled teeth GEAR Couplings:
GDR polyamide sleeves & solid steel hubs are stocked with imperial & metric bores, for 14 to 65mm shafts and 6 to 700Nm torque.
GDA All-Steel couplings are stocked in smaller sizes; range covers 28-200mm shafts and 210-55,000Nm torque.
‘CAL-P’ LOK-FIT Conical Rings:
For keyless mounting of flywheels, pulleys, gears & discs, etc.; self-centering designs; for shafts up to 300mm and 210,000Nm torque.
‘SYSTEM-P’ Taper Bushes:
Adaption bushes for mounting ‘System-P’ machined pulleys, etc. onto a full range of different shaft sizes.
